Terms & Conditions

Your watch is covered under warranty for 5 years from the original date of purchase. During the 5 years, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under the warranty. The covered components will either be repaired or replaced free of charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal general use.

Please note that if a replacement is offered, we cannot guarantee you will receive the same model watch, but we will endeavor to offer a watch of equal value and similar style.

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Any defects in the case, strap, bracelet including plating on the case and or bracelet.
• Physical damage from improper handling, accidents and general wear and tear or ageing.
• Water Damage if the watches water resistance level has not been followed.
• Products that are not purchased from an authorized stockist.
